**About the role**:
Join our dynamic SA/WA sales team as a Business Development professional, focusing on selling NHP and Rockwell services to end users, working with a portfolio of service offerings. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager - Services, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with end users, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and engage with potential end users to promote NHP and Rockwell services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end users, where you will build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote NHP and Rockwell services and network with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- Previous experience in sales, business development and customer focused solutions
- Experience operating a CRM database or similar
- An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate needs into business solutions
- Outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
