**The Client**:
Our client is a large cluster of the NSW State Government, who are looking for a Tenancy Coordinator to manage the day-to-day project management of a program of works for

the Fit out and de-fit of tenancies.

**Your role will include**:

- Manage day to day fitout and defit
- Manage project budgets
- Planning and delivery of projects
- Implementation of facilities management programs and maintenance works
- Support high quality, professional service delivery
- Manage stakeholder relationships

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in Tenancy Delivery
- Ideally have previous experience working for Government
- Proven experience in contractor evaluation and management
- Ability to read and interpret design and services drawings
- An understanding of the Statutory Approvals process and developments
- Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, including business change
- Demonstrated project planning, project management, contract management
