**The Client**:
Our client is the owner of one of Sydney's most well-known and important Retailers. They are looking for Tenancy Operations Manager, to support the inner workings on a day to day basis whilst transforming the space simultaneously.

The ideal person for this role will have an extremely strong set of stakeholder management skills.

**The Role**:

- Act as the key point of contact for multiple high end retailers
- Manage Retail operations, safety, risk and compliance
- Carryout Tenancy inspections, audits, security and safety compliance, onboarding and training
- Develop and implement the overall Tenancy operations strategy
- Ensure the highest level of service and management is provided to relative stakeholders

**You Will Have**:

- Must have previous experience within Retail Facilities Management or Retail Tenancy Operations
- Strong technical knowledge of building operations, WHS, legislation and sustainability
- Must have a high level customer service and stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication
