AHIC (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD is a Carrier joint venture company, wholesale distributors of Toshiba & Carrier residential air conditioning equipment's and HVAC parts supplies in Australia. Our Totaline division provides specialist products for the air-conditioning, heating and refrigeration market providing our customers with a choice of aftermarket solutions nationally, through our network of outlets across Australia. We are the authorised distributors of genuine Carrier and Toshiba air-conditioning parts.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to take on a fulfilling role at AHIC, with opportunities for both personal and professional development. This role is responsible for executing and actioning all marketing strategies and plans and supporting HVAC divisions to help promote all AHIC products and services, drive sales and growth.

**Duties**:

- Create and design marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns to create awareness of and develop Carrier/Toshiba & Totaline brands
- Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships
- Support the National Product Manager in delivering agreed activities
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the radio/tv and wholesaler’s catalogue
- Create marketing materials and liaise with designers and printers for printing brochures, catalogues, and other POS materials
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both only and print campaigns
- Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials
- Source creative content, and run social media channels and company websites to enhance audience engagement
- Collect, analyse and maintain data regarding customer patterns and preferences
- Conduct market research on potential demand and market characteristics, interpret and predict customer trends for new goods and services
- Assist managers in implementing marketing policies and programs and provide sales support
- Advise General Manager on all business promotions, products and pricing, advertising campaigns and distribution channels

**Qualifications**:
Applicant must have one of the following:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification; OR
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Preferably completed master’s in marketing degree

**Skills**
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Experience in sales, technology or finance is a plus
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
