**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires creativity, a strong understanding of marketing trends, and a hands-on approach to promoting our products and services to a wider audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and content creation.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, and reports to share with key stakeholders.
- Assist in organising events, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and or other platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
