The Lane Group is a proudly owned, multi-franchise motor vehicle dealership based in Mandurah, known for our strong customer focus and dedicated team culture. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

With 6 big automotive franchises and a successful used car department, there is a great opportunity for growth, development and progression within our group.

Key responsibilities:

As our Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in the final stage of the vehicle sales process. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the pre-delivery process, ensuring that new and used vehicles are prepared, accessorized and delivered on time and in excellent condition.

  • Coordinate the pre-delivery preparation of new and used vehicles across all franchises
  • Liaise with sales, service, detailing and workshop teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
  • Schedule vehicle inspections, registration, detailing and accessory fitment
  • Perform quality checks and final inspections prior to delivery
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle status and communicate progress to relevant departments
  • Assist with vehicle movements and yard organisation as needed

About you:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience in a dealership environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid WA manual driver's licence
  • Self-motivated, results driven with a "can-do" attitude
  • A genuine belief and understanding of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Titan DMS experience is preferred
