**Customer Service Retail Sales - Schoolwear**

**Based in Marrickville**

Pickles Schoolwear is currently seeking a Retail Assistant Permanent Part Time (3-4 days per week) including rostered Saturdays. Based in our Marrickville Retail Store, your working days will vary. Flexibility to work at our other stores would be an advantage. As part of our Retail Team you will be an integral part of our growing business, with a strong focus on customer service and ability to multi-task essential. To join our dynamic team of professionals you will need the following attributes.

**The responsibilities of the position are as follows but not limited to;**
- Deliver a positive Customer Service experience across all touch points including) in store, online and via phone.
- Availability to work Saturday.
- Efficiently and accurately process sales on POS system including exchanges/returns as well as online orders.
- Accept deliveries, unpack and arrange stock, replenishing fixtures and stocktaking - lifting is required.
- Maintain and follow administration processes and systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S)
- Ensure store presentation is maintained with daily cleaning and up hold visual merchandising standards for the store and any displays. Among other varied tasks.

- Strong communication skills in written and verbal with the ability to multi task and follow up.
- Required to be flexible and adaptable for working in a fast paced, changeable environment.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Should be of smart appearance and have a can-do attitude.
- Be able to stand for long periods with lifting involved.
- Working with children check essential..
- Drivers Licence a must with good driving record.
- Experience in fashion/clothing industry highly regarded.
- Flexibility with hours during busy periods and rotating Saturday Roster.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

- Marrickville, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- POS: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
