**About the opportunity**

We are seeking individuals with excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills to join our busy and dynamic team, which provides a high level of customer service to the community.

This role involves:

- establishing, coordinating, and maintaining effective administration systems for the Community Facilities team
- working across various locations to deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries
- handling bookings and payments
- supporting customers over the phone, in person, and online
- maintaining and creating efficient administration systems for the team.

**Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**:

- TAFE Certificate of Attainment or equivalent relevant to this position
- Demonstrated sound work experience relevant to this position.

**Remuneration and benefits**

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1214.29 per week (pro rata)
- 21-hour working week
- Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
