**What you'll be doing**
As the Sterilising Services Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily CSSD operations, ensuring efficient, compliant and high-quality sterilising services that support critical hospital functions. You’ll lead your team to deliver excellence, manage resources effectively and maintain compliance with standards and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day CSSD operations at both hospital sites
- Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 4187 and NSW Health policies for sterilising services
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and asset management
- Lead, develop and mentor CSSD staff to achieve service excellence
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and maintenance teams to optimise equipment readiness and reliability

**How to Apply**
- Health Services Assistance sterilisation services certificate and/or relevant experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well, negotiate and influence.
- Team management experience particularly in change management, staff management and financial resource management.
- The ability to work independently, to prioritise and meet deadlines and to engage key stakeholders to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
- Solid computer proficiency in Microsoft and healthcare software.
- Capacity to identify operational issues, analyse data, and implement effective solutions to enhance operational processes.
- Demonstrated dedication to ongoing learning and development, both personally and within the team.
- Ability to navigate and manage change effectively, maintaining performance and service quality in dynamic healthcare environments.
