**What is the opportunity?**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and operationally savvy Despatch Team Coordinator to join our team based in Chullora.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Liaise with Teams to ensure the completion of work within the timeframes set down in the Service Level Agreement with customers
- Ensure timely processing of all customer products both inbound and outbound within specified KPIs and compliance thereof
- Assist in the maintenance of materials handling equipment
- Assist with bin maintenance and slotting exercises to ensure system/shelf integrity
- Be aware of individual and team KPIs to ensure delivery of Seamless, Responsive Solutions
- Ensure OH&S guidelines are incorporated into daily activities
- Challenge existing work processes to improve operational efficiency & effectiveness
- Implement a culture of Teamwork and develop teams with the Drive 5 behaviours
- Ensure the timely processing of inbound and outbound product to deliver Seamless, Responsive Solutions to customers.
- Review of operational processes and make recommendations for streamlining where possible.

**You will have**:

- 2+ years warehouse team leading experience
- Team leading skills
- A forklift drivers licence
- Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manager workflow
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to organise work load with limited supervision
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills
