Role Description

As the online sales and social media co-ordinator you will be responsible for managing our online sales with excellent customer engagement and efficient despatch of online orders, managing our website, and building our presence on social media while developing your knowledge and skills in the fashion industry and digital marketing. This role is perfect for a graduate in marketing or fashion management who is building their career in fashion management, customer service and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the full product range – Confidently answer customer inquiries about fit, styles and collections.

- Website Management: Upload images and write engaging copy for new styles and collections.

- Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, online chat, and social media.

- Occasionally assisting in the Sydney Retail Boutique to maintain direct customer engagement.

- Daily Online Sales Despatch: Manage and process daily online orders and returns – Select, pack, and prepare products for dispatch to Australian and international customers. Create reports to help minimise return rates.

- Social Media Management: Upload images and create engaging copy and visuals for social media.

KEY SKILLS

- Completed Qualifications in fashion and/or marketing, preferably at degree level.

- Experience & aptitude for Fashion Sales and Marketing.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with Shopify & Adobe Create Suite preferred.

- Digital Media understanding of Instagram and Facebook.

- Flexible and proactive in managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
