**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at our state-of-the-art warehouse based in Smithfield. You will be based onsite and can work between 0700-1500 or 0800-1600 daily.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration for the warehouse, you will partner with all of our warehouse team, internal teams such as customer service and despatch and external parties

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Coordinating stock allocation of both inward and outward stock movements.
- Assist with allocation of stock to customer orders.
- Coordinating returns and national clearance list.
- Maintaining accuracy and integrity of the stores inventory records including all associated documentation and recording keeping for accounting purposes.
- Corrective action taken to resolve problems and/or improve warehouse & transport processes.

**About You**
- Proficient in computer/administration skills - intermediate-advanced MS Office skills, an understanding of SAP would be an advantage
- Previous experience working in a fast paced highly administrative role
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Can do attitude with strong time management
- A team player
- Keen to grow and learn
