**Exciting Opportunity: Retention Manager at Melbourne BMW (Maternity Cover 12-month contract)**

We are seeking a Fixed Term Retention Manager to join our team at Melbourne BMW, part of one of Australia's largest prestige and luxury automotive retail groups. This fixed-term role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position within the company. We employ approximately 1,800 people across 55 dealerships nationwide, representing esteemed brands such as BMW, Audi, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, and many more.

This role is a perfect blend of customer service, relationship management, and administration. We are looking for a confident, friendly, and ambitious individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to achieving outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication
- Continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of processes and systems

**To Be Considered, You Will Need**:

- Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proven track record of customer retention
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to seeking guidance when needed
- Keen attention to detail and a highly professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A friendly, customer-centric attitude
