The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of delivering finance volume, F&I income, and departmental profitability in line with BMW and internal targets.

What You'll Do

  • Drive finance penetration across New, Used, and Service departments
  • Maintain compliance with BMW Finance and all regulatory requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and consistently meet financial goals
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer experience

What You'll Bring

  • Current BMW Finance accreditation and up-to-date compliance knowledge
  • Proven success in a Business Manager role, ideally within a prestige dealership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • A results-driven mindset with a high level of personal accountability
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar F&I position
