**The Department**

Our People and Culture department work very closely with our stakeholders, all while being a pillar of support to SBS.

**The Role**

Reporting into the People Services Manager within the People and Culture Operations team this role will see you being supported, encouraged and continually learning and growing. You will contribute to the overall People and Culture Operations success with SBS. You will be responsible for providing first tier support, administration and coordination to employees, managers, and the broader People and Culture team within the scope of the Services Team Charter. Some duties will include and not be limited to:

- Onboarding and Off boarding of employees and coordinating paperwork for staff movements within SBS
- Providing information and advice related to services team activities in line with internal SBS policies and processes
- Providing a professional and exceptional customer service experience including being proactive, taking initiative and problem solving

**About you**
- You enjoy creating strong stakeholder relationships and working to deadlines
- You have attention to detail, strong ethics on following policy and processes and can problem solve and work in a team
- Experience working either in a similar role and ready for a wider scope of People and Culture responsibilities or looking for that perfect stepping stone role to advising and partnering.
- Passionate about all aspects of People and Culture and are a team player
