Our People team partners with the many leaders and team members across our businesses, driving talent acquisition, learning and development, and end to end HR partnering. And due to some recent changes within the team we're looking for a **People and Talent Advisor **who will report to our newly appointed Head of People (Australia) & Talent, to join our team.

**Job Description**:
Our People and Talent Advisor will:
- develop trusted working relationships with people leaders in a combined HR/People and talent advisory role
- advise in a number of generalist HR queries from people leaders and team members, working collaboratively with the Head of People & Talent to complete all requests accurately and in a timely manner
- follow DBC's recruitment process to conduct role briefs and run an end-to-end recruitment campaign, highlighting our values and what makes DBC an exciting workplace
- assist in the onboarding and offboarding of team members, monthly and quarterly reporting
- support a number of projects and initiatives that drives the success of our team members, people leaders, brands and ultimately; our clients.
**Your skills and experience**
- experience in a HR/People advisory role with some experience in talent acquisition/recruitment running an end-to-end recruitment process
- an understanding of Australian work place laws, awards and relations to interpret and advise people leaders and team members as needed
- working with cross functional teams e.g. payroll, learning and development, finance, legal, operations, change, technology to complete daily tasks and initiatives
- building rapport, strong working relationships and trust, being both empathetic and assertive as needed
- excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills to work with a number of stakeholders.
