We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a Council based in Melbourne's south-east.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization.

This is a 2-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to gathering insights and identifying recruitment needs.
- Ability to optimise recruitment practices and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably PageUp.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of pre-employment checks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
