**Role overview**:

People and Culture have shifted towards working within an agile ecosystem. With this in mind, P&C has developed a tiered approach to how we do our work.
To achieve this, the purpose of the P&C Advisor role is to provide up-to-date advice, support and guidance to all employees across a broad range of HR matters in line with company policies and processes.
**Your day will look a little like this**:
- Being the first point of contact for employees and other workers to provide information on P&C policy, process and procedures where they have been unable to self-serve.
- Taking on the role of coach and educating employees and other workers on how to find information
- Acting as SME on particular areas
- Ensuring that the HRIS (Workday) changes are actioned and updated promptly
- Working closely with wider P&C stakeholders
- Suggestions for improvements, trends and insights as to the types of queries coming through
**Your experience will include the following**:
- Previous HR admin/advisor experience - understanding employee lifecycle
- Must have Experience with workday
- Ability to interpret HR legislation.
- High volume work
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Component of working on phones.
