About the Opportunity

With an exciting period of expansion ahead and multiple new venues set to open over the next year, LUCAS Restaurants is growing its Talent team. We're looking for a Talent Advisor who can partner with our venue leaders, source exceptional talent, build strong relationships, and represent the LUCAS brand with confidence and care.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 1-2 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and talent leaders
  • A friendly, professional phone manner
  • Strong admin and coordination skills
  • Experience booking interviews and managing calendars
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Clear communicator with great presentation
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
