**he Opportunity**
You will use your personable and proactive approach to support our sales teams across Melbourne, regional Victoria and Tasmania in this critical role managing incoming enquiries, general sales support administration, preparing quotations, coordinating product samples and CRM and other database management.

**Your typical day will include**:

- Coordinating sales quotations, samples, order and delivery follow ups
- Managing customer, sales, reports, and pricing and categorisation records
- Maintaining our CRM system with various sales, customers and project information
- Assist in preparing and delivering quotations
- Monitoring the status of sales contracts
- Assist the Sales department with driving business marketing strategies, including conducting outbound telemarketing calls to enhance customer engagement
- Coordinating surplus stock marketing campaigns

**What we’ll love about you**:

- Previous experience in a sales administration, office administration or customer service role
- Passion for customer service with strong desire to problem solve and resolve customer queries
- Ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build strong relationships
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel essential, Experience with CRMs is highly regarded)
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to a strong team environment
