**About this exciting role**:
As our Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving the strategy for our aftermarket growth and profitability. Leading our Branch Managers in our EA dealerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships with our valued customer, suppliers and employees.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading the Dealership Management Teams to ensure that there is a robust planning process throughout each of the dealerships so that weekly, monthly and annual tasks are diarised and ingrained in the culture of the business.
- Actively managing safety and risk resulting in an environment and culture that is centred on making sure team members are safe and well.
- Supporting the Parts and Service Managers with day-to-day operational requirements as required.
- Leading the dealerships in the achievement of their annual revenue targets.
- Ensuring that the parts and service team is recruited, inducted, trained, motivated, managed and exited in accordance with company policy and best practice.
- Working with the Sales Manager to coordinate & maintain the pre-delivery costings matrix for new machinery and the reconditioning of used machinery, as required.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of a positive team culture & moral.
- Working to ensure that there is appropriate and consistent communication with our customers, suppliers and partners enabling a strong level of trust with our company.

**About you**:

- An experienced leader, with proven experience that you can drive a good culture and inspire people to achieve.
- A background as a service manager or parts manager for agricultural or heavy industrial equipment is desirable.
- With a strong affinity with farming, agriculture and those that work the land you are passionate about gearing up farmers to succeed.
- You have experience increasing efficiency and productivity across your teams, particularly those involving after sales service and parts.
