An opportunity has become available for a dedicated Quality Controller to join our Service Department at Porsche Centre Parramatta

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring repair and service standards are met and exceed Manufacturer and Customer benchmarks.

**The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring rework is kept a minimum and Workshop SOP's and Porsche processes are adhered to by all staff
- Support and mentor Technicians and Apprentices to achieve the efficient maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Road test vehicles and implement factory test schedule standards
- Ensuring technician reports are complete and include warranty stories

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following attributes and experience**:

- Automotive Trade Qualification
- Post Trade Experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage time and key priorities effectively
- Demonstrate a customer focused mentality
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment
- Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including, Service Manager, Workshop Management and Service Advisors
- Clean and valid drivers licence
