**The role**

Duties include:

- Auditing of the Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) that are implemented to support the Food Safety and Quality programs. These PRPs include a range of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) activities that are implemented across the site.
- Conduct daily onsite quality control, documentation, and processes, including completing records as required by document control
- Actively collaborating with Production staff to ensure compliance with food safety standards and participating in continuous improvement and project initiatives within the factory.
- Conduct in-line production checks with label, weight and box checks.

This role is a full-time role based at our Ingleburn Processing Facility operating Monday to Friday. Depending on operational demand you may be required to work a public holiday or a weekend on an ad-hoc basis.

**About you**
- You have experience working in a production or food processing environment or as part of a Quality Assurance Team will be beneficial.
- You are a team player with demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural workplace which requires a certain level of skills to manage cultural differences, language barriers where patience, understanding, diplomacy and a willingness to learn, and adapt are key to succeed in this role.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment.
- You are a self-motivated individual with a focus on quality improvement and attention to detail.
