Our client is a true leader in the Contact Centre Software space who are experiencing a huge growth period due to their continued success. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business in Mid-Market and Enterprise companies to exceed your annual budget and achieve overall business objectives.

**What you’ll do**:

- Hunt and close new business within Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
- Qualify, pitch and present business solutions to prospective clients
- Effectively demonstrate the value offering of product solutions
- Consistently strive to develop new business opportunities through a variety of mediums, such as cold calling, networking, previous contacts
- Respond to and manage inbound leads in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to maximise pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly sales budget in line with individual and company goals
- Provide accurate and regular CRM management

**What you’ll need**:

- At least 5+ years’ experience in Contact Centre Software Sales
- Business related degree or similar
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Consultative selling approach
