Lendlease is currently seeking an enthusiastic Workplace Design Consultant to join our key business unit Integrated Places, based at the Barangaroo Head office, Sydney.

This role would be suitable for a workplace profession in the early stages of their career. This role is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover position.

**The Role**

As a Workplace Design Consultant, you will contribute to workplace strategy projects, supporting other senior members of the team. An example of your day to day tasks include; preparing for and participating in interviews and workshops, managing customer communications, undertaking research, analysing and synthesising raw data and communicating insights from research.

You will work and engage with customers across commercial, government, university and health sectors, and with internal stakeholders in Development and Investment roles. Assisting the team with business development activities such as presentations and the production of proposals and bids. Contributing to a collaborative team environment, work openly with other disciplines and teams across Lendlease locally and internationally.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Psychology, or Corporate Real Estate combined with work experience in a relevant industry
- Strong CAD skills, and interest in producing commercial test fits / concept designs
- Strong analytical and technical skills for conducting workplace investigations, including analysis and synthesis of raw data into insights
- Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to interpret architectural and technical design documentation is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both oral and written; including the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Customer Focus, Interpersonal Ability, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking
