Seeking an experienced administrator for this short-term assignment.

**Your new company**

Hays is currently partnered with an auditing company to recruit an Administration/Audit Scheduler in a temporary capacity. This company delivers leading certification audit services by collaborating with organisations who seek to gain real benefits from certification.

**Your new role**

This role will provide a wide range of administrative support to the auditing team, as well as managing the end-to-end bookings of certifications for clients and auditors alike.

Responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling audits according to the required certification programme for each client
- Match audits to the appropriately skilled and available contract auditor/s
- Monitor completion of pre-audit and post-audit tasks to ensure client audits are in accordance with their certification cycle.
- Respond to customer enquiries, referring to other members of the team for enquiries outside the scope of the role
- Proactively resolve complaints and disputes, referring to the Managing Director
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Work with the Administration and Accounts Coordinator to ensure customer quote requests are completed within required timeframes
- Arrange travel and accommodation for audit personnel, as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Business Administration OR minimum 5 years’ experience in an administration role
- Experience of working in an environment operating under quality standards/schemes
- Auditor training is preferable but not essential
- Willing to undertake industry specific training of certification including but not limited to NDIS (Approved Quality Auditors Scheme) Guidelines 2018, National Standards for Disability Services and Human Services Standards
- Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Organised with strong time management and planning skills
- Self-motivated and process focused
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills using the current version of Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to learn and adapt to other software products

**What you'll get in return**

This role offers you an attractive hourly rate of $35 plus super, part time schedule with an average of 20 hours per week and an initial 4-week assignment with the possibility of an extension.
