We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator with experience in NDIS claims and finance administration to join our supportive, friendly team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the financial administration processes that keep our organisation running smoothly. This includes processing NDIS claims, reconciling participant funding, and ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Process NDIS claims via PRODA and the NDIS Portal
- Manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations using Xero.
- Monitor participant budgets and resolve claim discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial and client records
- Support payroll and supplier payment processing
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with monthly financial reports and audits
About You
You're organised, accurate, and confident navigating NDIS systems. You take pride in keeping everything balanced and compliant.
You'll need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts or finance administration
- Proven experience managing NDIS claims through PRODA / NDIS Portal
- Knowledge of NDIS funding models and compliance requirements
- Experience using Xero
- High attention to detail and great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points for:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business Administration
- Experience within the disability, community, or health sectors
