Administrative Officer- Reception

**About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to provide quality and timely administrative support as a member of a multi-disciplinary team using a customer focussed framework within the Outpatient Services Department at the Spring Hill Community Mental Health Centre within the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
About you
Co-Ordinate and undertake the ancillary administrative functions, example, document scanning, filing, faxing, mail management, photocopying, room bookings, ordering of office and cleaning consumables.
Maintain a high level of data integrity in patient information systems, recognising decision making in clinical and management settings depends on accurate, timely, relevant, complete, concise and readily accessible information.
Effectively manage workload; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated fixed and changing timeframes.
Comply with District-wide policies and procedures and the policies, business rules and work practice guidelines specific to the position.
