We currently have an opportunity to join our Brisbane, Queensland Service team, where you will be supporting the business in Project Administration and Reception tasks.

As a Project Administrator based in Brisbane, you will ensure quality and accuracy has been achieved with documentation, invoicing and data entry while supporting the Project Management team in the daily administrative tasks of the business. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients providing a high level of customer service.

What you will be doing
- Creation of safety documents for project sites/uploading to portals as requested
- Creation of site packs for operatives on site
- Finalising handover documents for signature and send to builder for registration
- Creation of O&M Manuals for customer/service team
- Monthly invoicing/progress claims for Projects
- Invoice processing for payments (Purchase Requisitions/Purchase orders)
- Ordering of uniforms and safety gear for NEB ops
- Creation of Bank Guarantees
- Inputting Variations from Project Managers into SAP
- Reception and phone coverage.
- Provide admin support to Finance on ad-hoc basis.
- Manage the Car Fleet and any other travel arrangements for the region.
- Facilities management, including administering the office lease/rental contract and equipment of office workstations.

Who we’re looking for
- Experience in Hospitality industry favourable.
- Advanced computer skills: MS Office.
- High attention to detail and reliable.
- Ability to build effective internal and external networks.
- Easily adaptable to rules and supervision
- Thrives to exceed customer’s expectations.
