**About the role**:

- Support the organisation of day-to-day activities of Management and broader team
- Assist with scheduling of meetings and calendar planning
- Provide administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
- Maintain the records management system, ensuring that information is accurate, up to
- date and stored safely
- Update financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions.
- At the direction of the Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, coordinate all aspects of internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes, and distributing to the relevant stakeholders

**About You**:

- Cert II, III or IV in Business Administration
- Basic knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
