**About Us**

This family owned and operated business, supplying refrigerated transport services throughout Australia is currently seeking multiple Operations Administrators to work on Day and Afternoon Shift based in Dandenong South.

Reporting to the Operations manager, you will be supporting the transport department with administration assistance ensuring that all customer requirements are met. This is a busy and exciting role where you will have the ability problem solve and think quickly on your feet.

**Day Shift Afternoon Shift**
**$55k - 65k $65 - 75k**
4am - 12pm & 5am - 1pm** **12pm - 8pm & 3pm - 12am

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for answering the phone and attending to enquires
- Prepare and process manifests, allocations and load out paperwork
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal staff
- Deliver exceptional communication, customer service, and time management
- Comply with internal processes that will increase productivity and results
- Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A positive work ethic, a can-do approach and of course a sense of humour
- Proficient in all aspects of administration with a keen eye for accuracy
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
- Demonstrated experience working within a busy office environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Clear and concise communication skills in person or over the phone
- Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment
