  • Risk & Safety Oversight – Conduct risk assessments, manage incident reporting, support investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Contractor Management – Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, monitor/audit safety performance, and maintain an approved contractor database.
  • Training & Induction – Support delivery of WHS training for staff and contractors, maintain training records, and ensure timely refresher updates.
  • Reporting & Administration – Build and deliver reports (maintenance, safety, incidents), support the Head of Operations, and provide cross-functional admin/ops cover when needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS-centric role (desirable).
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation, SWMS, incident investigation (desirable).
  • Formal certification or qualification in Work Health & Safety (desirable).
  • Experience in outdoor media, infrastructure, construction or large-format structures (desirable).
