- Training & Induction – Support delivery of WHS training for staff and contractors, maintain training records, and ensure timely refresher updates.
- Reporting & Administration – Build and deliver reports (maintenance, safety, incidents), support the Head of Operations, and provide cross-functional admin/ops cover when needed.
What we're looking for:
- Experience managing contractors and ensuring WHS compliance.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and record keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in delivering safety training.

- Knowledge of WHS legislation, SWMS, incident investigation (desirable).
- Formal certification or qualification in Work Health & Safety (desirable).
- Experience in outdoor media, infrastructure, construction or large-format structures (desirable).
