**About Us**

Based in Hallam, this business offers a variety of solutions for heating and cooling systems in new residential homes and are looking for an Operations Manager to manage a team of 18 staff. You will have full autonomy to lead and mentor while your team will service customers from the initial start of the process to the installation completion.

This position will involve you utilise your technical skills within the daily challenges of customer service to manage a team of (16) service technicians with apprentices and (2) administrative staff to achieve successful outcomes for the business.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of 18 staff across the office and installation departments
- Liaise with customers, residential builders, and suppliers
- Provide technical support to the Technician teams
- Oversee the scheduling and ordering of materials
- Manage internal processes to increase productivity and results
- Handle difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A background in the plumbing, electrical or HVAC industry
- Proficient in all aspects of scheduling with a keen eye for accuracy
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
- Demonstrated experience working within an office environment
- The ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team

This role would suit a technically minded senior salesperson, manager, installer looking to transition off the tools or sales / internal sales with HVAC experience.
