Join a nationally leading not-for-profit aged care provider as an experienced Facility Manager for a 12-month contract for maternity leave cover (commencing in May).
This leading Aged Care provider is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Facility Manager to supervise and control the daily operations of a 108-bed facility located in
**Werribee.**
Work with an organisation focused on developing their people and building their workforce capabilities to ensure high-quality care for all staff and residents is provided.
Internal transfer opportunities within the organisation upon completion of the contract period.

**The Role**
- Manage day-to-day operations of a 108-bed aged care facility
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Facility located in Werribee
**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 1-year experience working as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
