**Clinical Care Manager.**

Our client is seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a 92-bed modern Aged Care facility located in Geelong. Work closely with the Service Manager and General Manager ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to the residents.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 92-bed Aged Care facility in Geelong, Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Service Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
