**The Company**

Our client is a long standing and well-established commercial property business located in the CBD.

Due to continuing growth in the business, they are currently seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer to join the team for an immediate start for an initial 6 month contract.

They offer a stable and friendly work environment.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the following:

- Generate invoices / Credit notes / Statements
- Verify and accurately post all payments to the correct invoice/s
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments etc
- Support the month end process - both on the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable side.
- Report on Aged Receivables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
- Enter Vendor invoices into the system / Vendor statement reconciliation.
- Enter and process Supplier Batch payments

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years Accounts experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills
- A helpful nature and good work attitude
