The Fox Hole and Box Bar is an independent hospitality group operating a chic small bar in the Sydney CBD and an online retailer providing a range of curated goods and services to customers across the country.
We are in search of a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Head Office team. Located in the heart of Alexandria, the area around the office offers so much to explore, including cafes and restaurants, neighbourhood bars, outlet shopping, open parklands, and more. We’re a short walk from the Green Square and Erskineville train stations and plenty of bus stops.
As the Customer Service Coordinator, your mission will be to ensure the exceptional customer experience for our customers whether they are joining us online or visiting us in person. From the timely response to all customer enquiries; helping our hospitality team to coordinate events; through to wowing our online customers with incredible customer experiences this role is fast-paced and varied - giving you exposure to all initiatives across the business.
**You will support the Hospitality team and business leaders to**:
- Confirm bookings including accurate dietary requirements for the kitchen;
- Complete post-experience reports - including summaries to the Head of Hospitality;
- Assist customers to place their orders both online and over the phone;
- Support our VIP customers to access personal shopping services;
- Ensure a positive impression and experience is given to all venue guests regardless of which channel they encounter us;
- Coordinate online orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
**To be successful you will**:
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative, or customer service role
- Events coordination or hospitality experience would be advantageous
- Proven organisational skills
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A passion for achieving results and going above and beyond.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
