Our Cyber Security Assurance and Operations (CSAO) team is dedicated to maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our ICT systems, supporting the University’s mission to enable positive academic, research, and business outcomes. Based at our Parramatta or Hawkesbury campuses, with remote work options considered, CSAO is integral to our Information Technology and Digital Services unit, managing cyber security risks and incident responses to ensure a secure digital environment.

**The Opportunity**:
The Cyber Security Assurance and Operations team is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Security and Risk Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a cybersecurity professional with a passion for protecting our organisation from evolving threats. You will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our cybersecurity posture by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.

**About You**:
We are looking for a proactive and inquisitive individual with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a proven ability to effectively support and troubleshoot a wide range of cybersecurity technologies. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a highly organised and results-oriented individual with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. Experience working within the ITIL framework, particularly in incident and change management, is essential.

**Remuneration Package**: HEW Level 7 $121,056 to $130,572 p.a. (comprising Salary of $102,294 to $110,335 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
