At ForHealth, we believe in accessible healthcare and treating every team member like family. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HCP Disbursement Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is critical in ensuring our Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across Australia are paid accurately and on time - because good medicine starts with good business.
Your New Role
**As an HCP Disbursement Officer, you'll play a vital role in**:

- Preparing and verifying vendor creation forms for new and existing HCPs
- Reviewing HCP contracts and updating payment terms
- Ensuring accurate billing and payment data before each disbursement cycle
- Processing high-volume fortnightly and monthly payments with precision
- Managing HCP queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to month-end closures

About You
**You’ll thrive in this role if you have**:

- A degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance function
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- A high level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work collaboratively
