We’re seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team to assist with ongoing BAU administration and development activities

**Your day at NTT**
- Provide operational BAU ServiceNow administration and development duties
- ServiceNow Platform Configuration and Customization
- Form Development and Modification
- Workflow Design and Management
- Onboarding of New Teams and Services
- Documentation of Configurations and Customisations

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- Experienced with ServiceNow Development Tools (e.g., Flow Designer, Studio IDE)
- Demonstrated experience with form and workflow development
- Well versed with ServiceNow ITSM modules
