Rubix Solutions are currently seeking multiple ILS specialists (managers and practitioners) on behalf of our esteemed global Defence & technology client. Our client is a leading provider of advance technologies and services to the Defence sector - providing innovative solutions and management on nation critical Defence programs.

You will be responsible for the successful modernisation of critical Defence systems - developing, implementing and managing the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the program of work.

**Core duties**:

- Develop and manage the ILS program to ensure that it is consistent with the company's objectives and meets customer requirements.
- Establish ILS requirements, objectives and goals for each project in accordance with the contract and applicable industry standards.
- Develop and maintain the ILS Plan to ensure that all logistics support requirements are addressed and that the ILS program is executed in accordance with the plan.
- Coordinate with the engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure that ILS requirements are properly integrated into the product design and development process.
- Develop and maintain the configuration management plan to ensure that all changes to the product are properly documented, tracked and controlled.
- Develop and manage the training program for ILS personnel and end-users to ensure that they are properly trained on the product and its support requirements.
- Monitor the ILS program to ensure that it is meeting the established goals and objectives, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that ILS requirements are being met and that the company is delivering high-quality products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ILS management or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics or related field.
- NV1 Security clearance (or above)
- Prior experience working in Defence environments - Air, Maritime
- Experience working with Defence specific products
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations related to ILS.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile - Scaled Agile Framework (SAF)
