The Regional Logistics Manager - APAC region will be mainly responsible for APAC Logistics Operations in addition to leading strategic projects with regards to logistics operations, customs compliance and 3PL and 4PL management.

This role is directly accountable for delivering results in the following key areas:

- Team management, including leading team of logistics and customs professionals within region to meet company goals and objectives and deliver to customer’s expectations.- Strategy, including implementing and driving strategy for regional transportation and compliance.- Identify opportunities for most efficient distribution channels and transportation modes, lanes and regional networks.- Lead Freight and Logistics Sourcing projects for regional and global distribution. Negotiate rates and service levels per the requirements of the business.- Performance, including vendor management, periodic reviews, reporting and cost reductions.- Understanding and compliance requirements, local customs and tax laws for each country and jurisdiction within the APAC region.**A few other things we’re looking for**:

- Degree in International Trade, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management, preferably MBA- Working experience in Logistics Operations (Freight & Logistics) / Supply Chain Management >10 years- Managerial experience > 5 years- Strong technical competency in Operations Management, Logistics Management, Transportation and International as well as Domestic Distribution.- Knowledge of International Trade Compliance, Customs Regulations and Risk Management- Team player and strong communicator, both written and verbal- Good understanding of Lean Management concept- Demonstrated capability of collaborating cross-functions, cross-culture, and possess strong skill of: analytical, problem solving and decision making- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP and TMSOur varied range of services and products requires bringing together diverse and complimentary people.
