As an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive support strategies for major system upgrades across multiple military sites. Working within a dedicated ILS team, you will analyse supportability requirements, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure seamless logistics integration between new and existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.
- Develop comprehensive logistics support documentation including maintenance plans, technical data, and training requirements.
- Analyse and document transition impacts from legacy to the upgraded systems.
- Support the development and implementation of site-specific transition plans.
- Create and maintain logistics support strategies ensuring operational capability through transition and beyond.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in integrated logistics support analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability modelling.
- Proven ability to develop technical documentation and support strategies.
- Understanding of systems engineering and maintenance support principles.

Desirable attributes:

- Experience in defence technology related industry.
- Background in logistics operations across both acquisition and in-service support phases.
- Knowledge of process development and documentation procedures.

Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at
