An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Logistics Coordinator based in our Adelaide facility, to provide timely and cost-effective Logistics solutions for our Drilling Products Customers, Regional Branches and Drilling Services Division. This is an 8 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

**Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Domestic logistic bookings and coordination
- Obtaining Freight-related Quotations
- Freight bookings including end to end delivery tracking
- Coordinate with customers for order prioritization and management of transportation
- Provide a high level of service to drilling customers, branches and maintain a close working relationship with stakeholders
- Data entry and reporting
- Support the International Freight desk team

**A few other things we’re looking for**:

- Industry knowledge of the Australian Logistics Network
- Intermediate level of Excel required for Data Entry and record management
- Specialist knowledge of IT systems such as ERP software
- Experience in the Transport, Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods (Desirable)
- Qualification in Warehousing and Logistics (Desirable)
- Bachelor of Business (Supply Chain & Logistics) (Desirable)
- Data Entry and Record Management experience
- A strong desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- The ability to work Permanently in Australia
