You will be joining a powerhouse team working on translating Charity Housie promotions into communications for our website, social media, flyer, digital content, and bespoke artwork for our Club Partners.

**What is Housie?**

Charity Housie is similar to Bingo and is played on electronic tablets or printed tickets in Clubs all across NSW. Learning Links is the largest provider of Charity Housie sessions and the income from the sessions is one of our important fundraising channels that support the charitable work of our organisation and ultimately helps us to continue to provide services like speech therapy, teaching/ tutoring, and psychology, to children and their families.

You’ll be working with our Area Managers and the Executive Manager for Clubs to understand the design of promotions and then suggesting ideas and concepts for content that lands with our patrons and target market.

There is plenty of scope for you to be mentored in operations and also deepen your marketing expertise, brand and design skills; And your ideas and creativity will be highly valued as important input into the overall success of the team.

**Day to day you will be**:

- Developing detailed marketing plans with clear targets, milestones and deliverables and communicating with stakeholders.
- Managing the promotional calendar.
- Creating and posting content on a variety of mediums including website (weekly updates on jackpot and sessions), videos and socials (Facebook and Instagram mostly).
- Aligning the Learning Links and Charity Housie brands and marketing material.
- Generating data insights and business intelligence reports on the success of campaigns for internal teams and external Club Partners.
- Liaising with club staff with monthly flyers and other artwork requirements.
- Assisting to get new sessions live and communicated on Facebook, SMS marketing and website.
- Briefing in additional club promotional artwork to suppliers and working to complete and post final artwork.
- Degree in Marketing and/or Trade Promotions (or related) and at least 2-5 years’ experience.
- Digital marketing skills (Facebook and websites a priority).
- Advanced Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills. Canva desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service attitude.
- High attention to detail.
