**_This key appointment will suit an experienced FMCG sales leader or, would be an ideal opportunity for an outstanding NAM/NBM ready to take a step up to a sales leadership role. Y_**
**_our personal qualities will include a hands-on approach, excellent leadership and relationship building skills, supported by sound and broad commercial acumen_**.

A strategically focussed FMCG sales professional, you will have a demonstrable track record of success growing brands and categories within the retail grocery sector. Your trade contacts describe you as knowledgeable, polished, analytical, commercially astute and dedicated to driving category growth.

Your career to date will include senior level sales roles within one or more leading edge medium/large sized FMCG corporations with sophisticated systems, processes and resources. Time spent in a small/medium sized business environment will see you well suited to the hands-on, fast paced nature of Mayver’s culture.
