Hatch is supporting Commonwealth Bank to find a great Analyst Client Acquisition to join their Finance and Accounting team. **About the role at Commonwealth Bank**

The Client Acquisition team leads opportunities for new mid-market customers in diversified industries including manufacturing, professional services, health, education, hospitality and tourism. We are focused on originating and on-boarding new-to-bank customers with lending requirements usually ranging from $1m - $10m. Once a transaction is completed and the client is on boarded, the ongoing management of the client is transferred to the Relationship Team so the Client Acquisition team can focus on the next transaction. We are a National team and therefore this particular role can be located anywhere - you will have the opportunity to work on transactions across the country and broaden your skills and experience beyond your local area.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Development of Finance Strategy - Recommend improvements to optimize and improve financial performance and development of strategic long-term plans
- Operational and Financial Reporting - Analyze financial data to prepare timely reports to support business decisions
- Financial Modeling - Analyze data to create financial models that support planning and projections
