Led by highly experienced senior management, AVID brings people together to deliver **exceptional communities**, **valuable shareholder returns** and **thriving environments** for its customers. **About the role** We are looking for an experienced Property Acquisition Analyst to work on a full-time permanent basis in our Sydney office. Reporting to the General Manager Capital Transactions, you will be accountable for delivering high calibre research, analysis and feasibility modelling services to inform and support both strategic M&A and organic investment strategy and decisions. **In this role you will**: - Undertake financial analysis and modelling of acquisition opportunities. - Assist in the preparation of Investment Committee/Board papers f. - Source and report market intelligence and monitor competitor activities. - Co-ordinate special projects - Prepare tender submissions and EOI proposals. - Prepare due diligence and feasibility analysis reports on acquisition/divestment opportunities. - Build relationships with landowners, agents and other key stakeholders. - Support full due diligence processes and requirements as directed. - Support asset valuation processes and program as required. **To be successful in this role, you must have**: - A degree in Valuations, Property Economics, or related property discipline. - Experience in property research/analysis and acquisitions feasibility modelling. - Knowledge of residential property markets and legislative frameworks governing acquisition/disposal, rezoning etc. - Estate Master DF Modelling Skills (or similar). - Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent planning and prioritisation capability. - Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint). **Job benefits and perks** You will be joining a business with a strong growth mandate.
