**What **you’ll** do**:

- Ensure that the comprehensive and accurate collection of asset data is completed, captured, and recorded for life-cycle activities to provide a defensible basis for the preparation and negotiation of Asset Plans, budgets, projects, and regulatory pricing submissions.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes for the quality assurance of asset data, and to ensure raw data is reviewed, quality assured and modified when required, to maintain the quality and reliability of data and information.
- Develop and administer tools and processes for the capture of asset data and information from asset works and projects, into computerised systems.
- Develop and provide training and support to asset managers, maintainers, and operators (Water Monitoring, Asset Maintenance, Customer Field Officer) for the effective use of asset data and information.

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business and data analysis in Enterprise systems.
- Experience with reporting, database management and computer-based software tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management and Asset Maintenance systems (eg. Maximo, SAP, Infor, Oracle WAC).
- Working knowledge of international asset management and risk standards, IS055000 (Asset Management) and IS031000 (Risk Management)
