
Superannuation Administrator

**The opportunity**
The purpose of the Mastertrust Superannuation Administrator is to ensure the delivery of best possible customer services to AMP’s Master Trust (retail and corporate superannuation) customers, advisers and employers while contributing to a high performing team.
**How you will make an impact**
- Providing outstanding service to AMP’s customers and colleagues via BPMS cases, inbound and outbound calls, and written correspondence.
- Achievement of daily Key Performance Indicators of individual and team
- Meeting or exceeding quality assurance targets
- Ensuring compliance and legislative requirements are adhered to
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cost-effective administration
- Raising issues through the correct channels, challenging positively and proactively working to overcome barriers.
- Adding value to each customer interaction by understanding the customer needs and adapting to find the best service approach
**What you will bring to the role**
- Previous experience in the superannuation or financial services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with customers, advisers and other stakeholders
- Desire to make a positive impact and always out customers first
- Take ownership and prioritise competing demands
